Joining the Barracudas

          Becoming a barracuda is a two-step process.  The first step is a 3 week trial.  The swimmer will start learning the strokes and practice organization, while the family sees how the team fits their schedule.

          Upon completion of the free trial, the swimmer can then become a part of the team by bringing in a copy of the child's birth certificate and paying $85.00 registration fee and $65.00 for the first month dues.  This initiation fee covers insurance and registration costs with USA Swimming.  We pay our practice fees on a nine-month schedule of $65.00 per month, for a total of $585.00 per swimmer a year.

       There are scholarships awarded by the team based on need and ability of funds.  Requests for a scholarship can be made through Coach Kimball.
